It’s finally happening. L.A. is getting a gourmet ramen truck, courtesy of Rokyo gourmet ramen. On the menu are a pork broth (tonkotsu?) and a mushroom broth ramen with “organic noodles made fresh everyday.” You get your choice of meat/mushroom toppings and plenty of accoutrements. I’m not much into organic, healthy eating, but for this, I’ll definitely make an exception. Hurry up and come down to Orange County, Rokyo! I can’t wait!

A gourmet ramen truck?? Well now I’ve seen everything! We’re pretty much ramen-free here in Albuquerque, which is a real shame.
I just found your blog and am looking forward to the day you feature Albuquerque 😉
I did a ramen recipe post a few months ago that you might enjoy: http://lambaround.blogspot.com/2010/09/even-better-ramen-recipe-spices.html
@Lamb: Cool recipe, thanks! New Mexico’s on the top of my list of places to visit so I’m looking forward to visiting Albuquerque one day, with or without ramen! 😉
